My pizza journey began in 2017 at my uncle’s pizzeria in India, where I first learned to roll out dough and discovered my love for creating delicious food. Fast forward to Canada, and I’m now tossing dough by hand, perfecting the art of Neapolitan-style pizzas.

Working at places like the incredible Cowabunga Pizzeria fueled my passion and curiosity. I spent countless hours experimenting with the perfect balance of flour, water, salt, and yeast, tweaking recipes to capture that authentic, wood-fired flavor. On July 21, 2025, La Pizza Pedlar was born—a dream turned reality, driven by a promise to keep growing, innovating, and serving pizzas that taste like pure happiness.

La Pizza Pedlar crafts authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using 100% natural ingredients: Italian '00' flour, water, salt, and yeast, following AVPN guidelines put in place by the Pizza Mafia of Italy. Our pizzas feature DOP-certified San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and organic produce, ensuring exceptional flavor and quality every time.
